-ACKNOWLEDGE: TEN bubbles responds to the situation by speaking with the client to get an understanding of the individualized needs of that client in order to determine the length of time, cost, specific needs, and procedures.

-EVALUATE: Upon arrival at the specified location, our project managers will work with you to assess the situation. After listening to the client’s specific needs, we will address any safety concerns and protocols for our process.

-SANITIZE: TEN bubbles sanitization process involves the fogging of the area with high-pressure steam, as well as a virucide solution that

is EPA-approved to eliminate traces of COVID-19 both airborne and on surfaces. This process is harmless to furniture, walls, floors, etc. We then perform a thorough wipe down of all surfaces with the virucide solution, including door handles, light switches, drawers, etc. Once finished with the sanitization process, humans and animals are safe to return in 1 hour. The amount of time to complete a given project is dependent on the square footage and individualized needs of the client.
